If you wish to schedule an event to be included on the Calendar of Events, send an email to communications@peacelutheranbcs.org written in paragraph form as you wish it to read for the public with all the basic information included. Please submit a separate email for each event using the title of the event as the subject on the email. Information in your emailed submission should include:

  • Title
  • Date
  • Location
  • Description
  • Name of contact person
  • Email and/or phone number for contact person
  • Registration instructions, if any
  • Anything else that helps the public understand what you are planning

If the event requires use of a room at Peace Lutheran, be sure you first check with Lisa Rives (979.693.4403; lisa@peacelutheranbcs.org) before you send this request.

If you have a notice that does not need to be placed on the Calendar of Events or requires building use at Peace, please send the same information required above in paragraph form and send to the same email: communications@peacelutheranbcs.org

Finally, if you have a graphic image you want to use to promote this event, attach it to that email.
